Tasty design. Tranquility. Attentive staff. Rich buffet.
Location is not what is expected by someone looking for a real "desert experience".

relaxing stay with beautiful views
The spacious outdoor pool provided a great area to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff's friendliness. The room overlooked the amazing dunes, offering a picturesque view that was nice at sunset. We enjoyed the garden view, as it seamlessly connected to the pool area.
The dining options were limited, but the quality was decent.

Charming, charming, charming.
The views from the Tilal Room with Desert View were nothing short of amazing, showcasing endless dunes that glowed with the golden hues of sunset. I felt completely pampered by the attentive staff, who were always ready with a smile and quick to serve my favorite masala tea, even going off-menu to accommodate my cravings! The outdoor pool was a dreamy oasis with color-changing lights?

Calm quiet feel, very relaxing family time, with the dunes close to walk to and explore.

Great activities for kids with a fun playground and movie nights. The dinner buffet selection was limited and lacking variety.

We were upgraded to a pool access room when we arrived, which was very nice. The location (few km from the camel races and also the edge of the stunning Empty Quarter) and views are stunning, especially the pool view of the desert. The buffet dinner was superb with a wide selection of dishes at a very good price. Also the breakfast was excellent also with a wide range and choice. The room was very clean and a super comfortable bed and very nice designer bathroom. This is a fantastic hotel to escape the rat-race and spend time to chill in this little oasis in the middle of the desert.
There was nothing I did not like about this hotel.

The hotel is relatively small and I liked the swimming pool. I also liked the kids room that had a tv with cartoon playing and every friday they have free face-painting for kids. In the morning, I went with my wife to the restaurant to have breakfast and it was great. They had many selections and freshly cooked eggs, and it is included in the price.
Nothing major. The only thing they could improve is that showers in the rooms were blocked and it should be regularly maintained.

The only downside was a slightly noisy atmosphere during peak times, but it didn't ruin our fun at all. I'd recommend taking advantage of the camel rides for a unique desert experience 🐫

The hotel is brand new and very well decorated. The rooms and facilities are very comfortable and the pool with desert view is simply amazing. The manager and all the staff were very nice with us.
The staff needs to be trained a little bit more, specially in the reception and the restaurant waiters, in order to provide right information to the guests. The hotel could offer tours to Moreeb Dune or other places, camel or quad bike rides, dinners in the desert, etc.

This resort suits me perfectly! I love the spacious outdoor swimming pool, friendly staff, and relaxing spa services. I still remember how they helped me find my lost barrette during my first stay. Great service every time! I'm coming back for a weekend.
